Ashley J. Novander

Ashley J. Novander focuses on civil litigation matters as well as counseling clients related to land use and community associations. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Colorado, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida.

Ashley received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she concurrently earned a Master of Laws in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado. Upon moving to Vero Beach, Florida from Denver, Colorado, Ashley became actively involved in volunteering with the Junior League of Indian River where she has served on their Board of Directors for the past four years holding numerous positions including serving as President during the current 2021-2022 League year. Ashley serves as the current President of Board of Directors of the Pelican Island Conservation Society and is an active member of the Indian River County Bar Association, including serving as the President of the Young Lawyers Division in 2018-2019.
