Jessica F. Hernstadt

Estate Planning and Administration

Mrs. Hernstadt attended Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts where she earned a joint Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Psychology.  She furthered her studies at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received her Juris Doctor degree.  While a student at Case Western, Mrs. Hernstadt served as an officer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.  She was a practicing Ohio attorney until she relocated to Florida in 2001.

Mrs. Hernstadt is happy to call Vero Beach her home and enjoys being part of the community.

Mrs. Hernstadt is dedicated to community service and has served on the Board of Directors for numerous non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society (Marco Island), Kiwanis Club and Community Foundation (Fort Myers Beach).  She also served as a volunteer Judge for the Collier County Teen Court diversion program.  She is currently president-elect of the Kiwanis Club of Vero-Treasure Coast. 

Mrs. Hernstadt has presented seminars on various estate planning topics, including simplifying the estate planning process and addressing the specific planning issues affecting women.

Mrs. Hernstadt is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and the Indian River County Bar Association.

Mrs. Hernstadt’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration.  She encourages open communication with her clients so that their concerns are fully addressed, and their estate planning goals are achieved.
