We are very sad to report that one of our founding partners, Cal Brown, passed away on April 16th. Cal had a larger-than-life way about him, and there was never any doubt about whether Cal was in the room or not. His boisterous personality belied a great legal mind. He was one of the most respected counselors and litigators on the Treasure Coast. Many, many people over the years came to rely upon Cal not only for his legal abilities, but also for his personal kindness. Cal will be missed by all of us at Collins Brown Barkett, and by those who knew him.
